This 500cc Venom comes from the Velocette stables which first motorcycle started rolling near the turn of the last century. Like many of the first British motorcycles, they concentrated their efforts on making the best single cylinder motorcycle available. But unlike others in the UK, they offered nothing but singles to the public. There were a few experiments with more then one, but they did not make it to the public. But work on something long enough, you get good at it.
